The Procession is a beautiful fine art giclée print reproduced from my original oil painting, capturing the colour, warmth and excitement of Stony Stratford’s seasonal lantern parade.  Deep midnight blues contrast with glowing terracotta and burnt orange, while touches of turquoise, pink and golden yellow bring the busy street scene to life.

Each year, local children and their families create their own lanterns in the weeks leading up to this special community celebration. As evening falls, the procession makes its way along the historic High Street, with handmade lanterns glowing against the winter sky and crowds gathering to enjoy the spectacle.

A lovely reminder of a favourite place or memorable evening, and a colourful addition to any home.
